Shu Do So “The Warrior Monk Form” (Trias)

This form came into the Kosho ryu Kai from the late grandmaster Robert Trias. Founder of the UNITED STATES KARATE ASSOCIATION O’Sensei Trias was a pioneer in the USA of martial arts and said this kata was inspired by Daito Ryu the original Samurai art.
